Return Period
You can return your item unopened within 30 days from the date you received product for full credit less shipping charges.
Items That Are Defective, Damaged in Shipping, or Incorrect
If item is damaged in transit, do not accept shipment – refuse it upon delivery. Upon notification from FedEx, we will re-ship your order immediately. If order is incorrect or defective, you can e-mail customerservice@dynawipes.com or call office between 8:00 and 3:00 PST M-F.
Dyna-Wipes Partner Sites
For purchases made from one of our distributors, check your packing slip or the distributor’sweb site for their return or exchange policies. Items purchased from a different site other than www.dynawipes.com may not be returned or exchanged through the Dyna-Wipes return center.
